Avalia Immunotherapies

Following the announcement that Avalia Immunotherapies has gone into liquidation, Wellington UniVentures acknowledges the hard work, passion and dedication from the team on developing their novel approach to vaccine therapies. The company spun-out in 2015 from a joint research project between Victoria University of Wellington’s Ferrier Research Institute and the Malaghan Institute of Medical Research. Getting a product to market is an extremely difficult endeavour and we commend the team on their dedication throughout their commercialisation journey.
